Cresa East Bay

We renovated an existing property into two separate spaces for the new offices of a busy commercial real estate firm. Cresa East Bay’s new 1,650 sq ft office space is on a busy street corner in Emeryville. The original entrance was filled in and moved to Hollis street where we gave the new entrance dramatic steel plate doors. Wood and steel details are used throughout the interior. The build-out included two semi-private offices, six cubicles, kitchen/lounge area, conference room for 8-10 people, a lobby, restrooms and storage.
