Pain and Rehabilitation Clinic

The new Pain and Rehabilitation Medical Facility Outpatient Clinic is a 16,000 square foot brick and wood framed former warehouse. The building had previously been converted for office use but the plan was not ideal for the consultants' purposes. The new tenant improvements entailed a complete interior renovation including an overhaul of existing electrical and mechanical systems. The new build-out provides space for twenty-one exam rooms, administrative offices, along with patient training and therapy. Exterior improvements include a new primary entrance, ADA access upgrades, new parking facilities and a rear garden.
