Emery Crossing

The Emery Crossing project involved conversion of a 13,500 square foot warehouse into office space. The intent of this adaptive re-use project was to maintain the existing brick warehouse building, while adding new entry canopies, as well as modifying the interior in order to provide a multi-tenant office environment.

The entry canopies on the exterior of the building are stainless steel and glass frames that offer gathering spaces and mark the entries to tenant spaces. The frames are intended to be light and airy, sitting in front of the existing brick building and allowing the original building read more prominently.
