Parkside

Parkside is a 312,000 sq ft development consisting of a mix of studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units over ground-floor retail space located at the prominent intersection of Powell and Hollis Streets in Emeryville. The 166 unit complex features a pool, fitness center, two courtyard gardens, community room, and business center. The project will front a new proposed public park. In keeping with the industrial neighborhood, the façade will utilize a material palette of stucco, metal siding, brick, and wood. Portions of an existing industrial brick building will be incorporated into the design. Bays and balconies are inset into the elevations to provide visual rhythm.
