Premier Nutrition company

Location: Emeryville, CA

We were hired by the Premier Nutrition Company and their construction manager Cresa to help them renovate the former Clif Bar space in the Emerytech Building in Emeryville to serve as their new company headquarters. The renovation included a new lobby, a renovated all-hands meeting space, a new food lab and other sprucing up of the existing 118,000 square foot office space. The General Contractor, Dome Construction, began work on the project in September 2025 and PNC moved in to their new offices in early January of 2026.
