Located at the corner of Brannan and Langton Streets in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco is a 1/3 acre site sitting between REI Co-op to the west and Pinterest Headquarters to the east. We are proposing to replace the existing 2-story concrete warehouse with a new 7-story mixed-use project consisting of 50 residential units, 22 parking spaces in a basement garage and 2,000 s.f. of retail space. Ground level loft units open to the Langton Street side as well as to a large central courtyard space. The units on the upper levels are a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom flats. A large roof deck occupies the upper roof level with views of downtown and the Bay. The 60,000 s.f. project is due to start construction in the spring of 2020 and open in late 2021.
