Located on a site in the North Berkeley hills, complete with seasonal creek, we recently completed a series of renovations at this beautiful Arts and Crafts home. Outside the home, we seismically upgraded some existing stone walls and renovated an existing freshwater pond to provide a tranquil pool and deck at the head of the creek. The pool deck was designed as an extension of the front yard connected through a landing and stair that breaks through the old stone wall. Inside, we most recently finished a complete renovation including a new kitchen, expanded dining area and bathroom upgrades. The clean look of the all-white kitchen contrasts well with warm wood floors and furniture and the lively wall art.  A custom steel and wood shelving system highlights the light-filled living area off the kitchen.
